Gored for Women

Riding on the bus the other night, I found myself staring at the strangest ad. I didn't pay much attention to the find print details, but the website got my attention: www.goredforwomen. Was this a political thing? But then I noticed that the women were all wearing red shirts. Visions of Spain and bull fighting leapt to mind. Wow- that's a wierd fund raiser- being the red flag. Kinda like being a Roman Gladiator for chairty. Of course, the truth was nowhere near as interesting. Wearing a red pin shaped like a little dress helps to raise awareness of heart disease(or something like that) in women. But honestly, the number of people who watch America's Next Top Model or Survivor far outnumber the amount of people who will will be musing over gored for women. I think that an actual goring of someone in a red shirt would garner much more attention!
