So this guy gets on the bus and starts yelling, "The 7 didn't stop! It's 23 degrees outside and the fuckin' bus passed me!"
I hear ya, brother. Charlottesville is the only fucking town where you have to hail public transportation. The #7 almost didn't stop for me on the way home. WTF?
